Relevant to an entry at Larry's blog about suppression of creativity, I read Ask MeFi: Who said "culture is the rulership of the dead over the living"? and saw this from G.K. Chesterton.
All democrats object to men being disqualified by the accident of birth; tradition objects to their being disqualified by the accident of death.
