Wow. The NYPD(!) has sent around an internal memo that states that taking video and pictures of police is legal. Ho. Ly. Crap. This is freakin' huge!
In other words, police must mind the law"'taking photographs, videotapes or tape recordings' do not constitute probable cause for arrest"that has always existed (but for real now).
