I know Stephen Haywood from the CHUGALUG mailing list, he's just released his beginner's guide to penetration testing book for free. Looks pretty elementary, but I'm gonna read through to see what I haven't thought about, and if you know any folks in charge of IT-ish stuff for small enterprises who aren't thinking seriously about security, might be a good place to get 'em to start.
