Ahhh, sloth pays: Your Hardcore Jog May Be as Dangerous as Sitting Around Doing Nothing:
The paper, published Monday in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, suggests there may be a point at which exertion becomes dangerous, outweighing the benefits of exercise.
Looks like about 2.4 hours a week or 7MPH.
