PLOS ONE: Choosing Organic Pesticides over Synthetic Pesticides May Not Effectively Mitigate Environmental Risk in Soybeans.

Electronic Code of Federal Regulations: Title 7 → Subtitle B → Chapter I → Subchapter M → Part 205 → Subpart G, list of synthetic substances allowed in organic production and non-synthetic substances prohibited in organic proudction.

USDA National Organic Program list of allowed and prohibited substances.

If anyone has good sources on what the actual use, run-off, and residual soil levels "pesticides derived from natural sources" <http://www.epa.gov/pesticides/food/organics.htm">allowed by the USDA and EPA are, I'd love to read more. So far I'm just finding a lot of axe grinding.
