Holy shit: Chronicle of Higher Education: Raped on Campus? Don’t Trust Your College to Do the Right Thing. There is so much evil here, starting with the University of Oregon delaying an investigation until the end of the basketball season, but then it goes deeper:

The Oregon administration accessed the rape survivor’s therapy records from its counseling center and handed them over to its general counsel’s office to help them defend against her lawsuit. They were using her own post-rape therapy records against her.

And apparently the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) means that campus health clinic data isn't protected by HIPAA. If you are a student, do not seek help from on-campus resources. Do not trust your college's administration.
