Some data mining algorithm probably picked up your wish, so now you will be inundated with robocalls from presidential candidates promising to outlaw non-political robocalls.

I've been a lot happier since I set my default ringtone to "Silence" and assigned ringtones to all of the people in my contacts list. Robocallers go to voicemail without ever "ringing" my phone.
