So the U.S. knew that the hospital that got bombed was a hospital, but killing 22 people is acceptable collateral damage for maybe having killed one Pakistani intelligence officer. I thought Pakistan was supposed to be kind of a friendly against the Taliban? APNewsBreak: US analysts knew Afghan site was hospital.
