Toilet top sink

I have seen one of these as a commercial product, but should we go this direction, like the idea of building our own: Instructable on building a toilet top sink that lets you use the tank refill water for hand-washing. Of course if you use soap then this turns the tank into greywater, which... well... probably best used only in places where the toilet sees a lot of traffic.
