Problem I'm having right now is just getting call-backs. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I'm ready to write checks to the first person who shows up with a truck and a demo hammer and takes out the rest of this freakin' patio...

I've had problems getting contractors too. I know I'm picky, but I'm willing to pay for it. Apparently though, the hassle of getting licensed as a contractor around here is enough that people aren't going for it. There's big companies and incompetents and that seems to be about it.
