Boehner Joins Marijuana Board After Years of Opposition to Legalization.

Half of me is like "it's good to see that perspectives grow and change and someone can find enlightenment in their 60s", half of me is thinking this is the most brazen regulatory capture and casual racism we could imagine.

I don’t think he grew so much as the opportunity for profits got big enough that he decided he had to get some of that pie.

I'd like to know exactly what he means by "casual racism". That seems to be a racist attitude right there.
