Pfft.

Okay, so this means that, rather than someone high in the DNC leaking the letter directly to the press, it means instead that a spy in the DNC copied the letter to the White House, who then leaked it. Either way it means someone in the DNC sent it out, and that's a proper place for any investigation to start looking.
