Alex Jones sending child porn

Lawyers for Sandy Hook families say Alex Jones sent them child porn.

Let's just say that having gone to high school at Newtown High School, and having a few ties left to back there, I'm predisposed to believe the lawyers for the harassed families.

Do you have that from a legit source? Political Hot Wire links to Summit.news, but neither of those have a link to an actual FBI release on the matter, and it's easy enough to make a "screenshot" that looks like that (especially since that says it was allegedly sent via email)

(Especially since Summit.news appears to have strong ties to Infowars, and Political Hot Wire is just republishing them...)

If the DOJ instructed Infowars to delete the emails, that means they aren't planning to come in and seize the machines as evidence for their investigation, which means they don't believe the emails came from those computers.

Also, I'd be really surprised if no news sources followed up to find out if that letter was legitimate. It would've been an additional scoop to report that Infowars counterfeited a letter from the DOJ to try and claim innocence.

I further don't think most news sources you'd consider legitimate would bother to post an article that showed Infowars in any sort of positive light.

The thing is: We have no evidence other than what Infowars says (Summit.news is just Infowars under another name) as to what the FBI said about the matter. And Infowars has a long history of lying about such things.
