Aaargh! A few years ago

Aaargh! A few years ago, I configured this Apache server specifically so that it could run letsencrypt. It's been ignored, and now I'm trying to renew my certs and letsencrypt says it can't automatically configure the server. Grrrr..

Gotta rebuild things to update the ecosystem to the current ecosystem because the technical debt load of supporting so many variations is insane. and yeah, I am going to have to do this to a few servers myself.
