So we need toilet paper. We were adding it to the shopping list, and I said "nobody's gonna have toilet paper." Charlene said, unaware of the news, "really?" I said "yeah, apparently there have been huge runs on toilet paper."

Then I realized what I'd said.

Did it make you feel crappy?

We’ve had TP on our shopping list for nearly a month. Luckily, we tend to buy the ginormous pack of ScottTissue and running low means being down to the last dozen rolls or so, so it’s not a crisis. That said, it’s been interesting to watch the expressions of people passing through the aisle in the store that usually has many shelf-feet of TP on display when they’re faced with the void.
