Protesters have been in the streets for more than 50 consecutive days. Federal agents deployed to Portland have hardened their resolve to stay there.

Via this Twitter thread, that has a little more background on Chris David, the 53 year old ex-Navy guy who was famously seen standing up to Barr's Bullies.
