Shooting in Kenosha

17-Year-Old ‘Blue Lives Matter’ Fanatic Charged With Murder at Kenosha Protest — Kyle Rittenhouse was reportedly arrested in Illinois and has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide.

“He had his hands up and they told him to get out of there, even though everyone was yelling that he was the shooter,” Brent Ford, a 24-year-old photographer who witnessed the shooting, told VICE News. “The police didn’t seem to hear or care what the crowd was saying.”

Prior to the shooting, the Kenosha Police were providing material support to the terrorists and told the "We appreciate you guys. We really do." Video at https://twitter.com/shannonrwatts/status/1298646698273603586

After hearing other details about the incident, is there anyone here who still thinks Kyle Rittenhouse should be prosecuted for what happened here?

Yeah, given the videos I've seen, I think he's totally down for murder 2. Probably not murder 1. I doubt the prosecutor will make that stick, but, yeah, the more I learn about the situation, the more I believe he came wanting to kill (which would be murder 1, but it wasn't like picking out a victim, it was more wander around until he felt scared enough to start).

(Basically, there was property damage happening at the car dealership, he shot someone in the head, presumably to protect the property, and then went to flee the scene. While fleeing the scene, he shot one of the people who was trying to apprehend him.

The property wasn't his, and straight up murder to protect property is still murder, and then killing the guy who was trying to detain him... yeah, Murder 2.

(But a year later and he'd be on the force and have Qualified Immunity... shudder...)

Watching a few more videos of that, and Rosenbaum does not set himself up well. I are not a lawyer, but I suspect the murder charges against Rittenhouse are going to depend on some details of law that I'm definitely not qualified to be second-guessing.

Yeah: Witness says officers never gave commands before firing at Michael Reinoehl outside WA apartment

“Officers shot multiple rapid-fire rounds at Reinoehl before issuing a brief ‘stop’ command, quickly followed by more rapid-fire shooting by additional officers,” according to the statement.

Dingess said he never saw a handgun on Reinoehl or saw him reach for anything.

Surely someone remembered to turn on their body cams... Police shot Portland slaying suspect without warning or trying to arrest him first, witness says
