The party of the "free market". Kentucky House Bill 175: AN ACT relating to unlawful discriminatory practices. Sponsors: S. Maddox, M. Hart, R. Goforth, P. Pratt, F. Rabourn, B. Reed

(1)It shall be an unlawful discriminatory practice for a financial institution or government entity to:
(a)Refuse to engage in the trade of any goods or services with;
(b)Refrain from continuing an existing business relationship with;
(c)Terminate an existing business relationship with; or
(d)Otherwise discriminate against a manufacturer, retailer, or distributor of firearms, firearms accessories, or ammunition; a shooting range; or a trade association because the manufacturer, retailer, distributor, shooting range, or trade association supports or is engaged in the lawful commerce of firearms, firearms accessories, or ammunition products.
