Roku tells customers it is unable to strike a deal with YouTube
So, uh, I have an old Roku. I have two new Chromecasts. I haven't pulled the Roku out of the back of the TV yet, but I'm not really sure what function it serves these days.
I think if I were Google I might put the app on Roku just to avoid anti-trust claims, but....
