I misread "Arizona" as "Amazon" on first glance. Also, I think the words "except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted" should be removed from the Constitution.

Yep. I'm also noting that Lola N'sangou was in prison based on some aspect of responsibility for an automobile collision, and given the way that punishment for traffic violations is differentially dealt out, and that, yes, there is individual responsibility in automobile collisions, but there are huge systemic and infrastructure failures and enforcement is often used for racist results, I'm thinking there's a lot of need for deep reform exposed in this.
