All of those "Fentanyl kills" billboards and a particularly unfulfilling WaPo article this morning have me wanting a deeper dive into the topic. Because right now this sounds like Prohibitionists killing people through supply chain quality disruption, and the best thing we can do to lower the death and injury rate is defund the DEA.
