Beverage People are out of bottles

The Beverage People are out of bottles, so we asked neighbors what they had in recycling. Plum wine bottled. Nice fruity finish, the earlier notes are a little bland, but glad we made it. Also racked a carboy of Pindo which had the fruit in it for like two months, which we like a lot better than our first batch at this stage.

Glass recycling here in Santa Fe means driving our empty bottles over to the transfer station. Sure wish there was some way it made sense to get them to you.

One of my neighbors has built a tree of empty wine bottles placed on rebar. It’s kinda pretty…
