Ended up at Sol Food on Sunday evening, and realized that we wanna pay less than what they charge for bottles of their pique sauce. Brewed up a couple bottles from this recipe for a pique sauce that's supposed to be like Sol Food's, I'll give it a week or two to age and then adjust, but I'm optimistic.
Next up, recreating Sol Food's chicken thighs.
