Over on Facebook, my "these pictures are not of a Little Free Library™" post is getting some discussion on trademark law, and I've been taking an "I'm not sure the phrase would be as entrenched in the culture if not for that organization" and "there are plenty of other adjectives" stance.

Heck, I might even send 'em their forty bucks to become an officially licensed Little Free Library™.

On the other hand, this is good to see: WaPo: ‘Taco Tuesday’ belongs to us all, after Taco John’s gives up trademark (gift link).
