How a whistleblower says Booz Allen Hamilton defrauded the government (gift link). BAH settled for $377M and their stock went up. So, yeah, just a cost of doing business.
As someone who's worked on projects that were accounted for by/through them to comply with government accounting rules. Clearly that's not working out well.
