Daaang. Life with Althaar took an episode or 3 to land with me as sitcom, and I've been enjoying it, but ep 18 is a real kick in the feels as well.

Yeah,we at Gemini CollisionWorks have seen this happen to many of our listeners, to the point where we refer to someone being "Episode 18'd." And there's more coming up. We didn't expect it when we created what we thought would be just a wacky comedy, but the world of the Fairgrounds got bigger, richer, and deeper than we'd planned.
By the way, due to health issues with one of the creators (me), we have been on an unplanned hiatus in creating LIFE WITH ALTHAAR for over three years, but we DO intend to finish it, and are working (just very VERY slowly). This means there is an unfair cliffhanger at episode 33, which we would have never done if we hadn't thought we'd be back in two weeks. If you don't want to be held in that much suspense, maybe hold after episode 30. Up to you.
We know the end of our story, and planned it before we ever wrote an episode, so we mean to get there. We just need another 7 or 8 chapters to do it.
Thanks for listening and enjoying, best,
IWH GCW

I just discovered it, and it's a queue jumper.
And I need to be better about promoting all of the podcasts out there that are amazing creative works...
