Trying to get concrete suppliers to return your calls is NoVa is nearly impossible. Their whole capacity is being consumed by data centers.

The crash out from this is gonna be huge. And, as you mentioned in that other thread, this feels like we're heading towards a WWII scale social reset and we haven't hit the Great Depression yet.
