JFC. Local small business owners, the number one things I am going to your website for is your business hours.

Make that top center. It's 2025, we should not still have to be telling you basic UX here.

I've seen worse -- small business owners posting to a local Facebook group about today's special, posting from their personal account and not mentioning the name of the business.

Just encountered a local restaurant that won’t show the hours, except in a rotating image, which rotates fast enough that neither of us can read the hours before they rotate away. I ended up making a screen- shot. Ugh. Then again, we haven’t eaten there yet either, and I don’t have any great urge anymore…

We routinely give up on restaurants around here. If we go three times and find them closed each time, in spite of their hours saying they should be open, we won’t even try again. Most that can’t be open when their hours say they will don’t stick around long enough to become favorites anyhow.

All <cite>ed text will point to the Flutterby knowledge base. Two enters (ie: a blank line) gets you a new paragraph, special treatment for paragraphs that are manually indented or start with "#" (as in "#include" or "#!/usr/bin/perl"), "/* " or ">" (as in a quoted message) or look like lists, or within a paragraph you can use a number of HTML tags:
