How to turn Apple's "Liquid Glass" macOS 26 and iOS 26 into a solid
interface.
Aside from the obvious "Reduce Transparency" (and the "Increaes Contrast" which also turns
on "Reduce Transparency"), there's also
defaults write -g com.apple.SwiftUI.DisableSolarium -bool YES
and then log out and back in. It also suggests "System Settings > Accessibility > Motion >
Reduce Motion".
