In the 40s, doctors began performing lobotomies with off the shelf ice picks.
But those would sometimes break off in the patient's head so the orbitoclast was developed,
a surgical grade ice pick.
In the 2020s the oribitoclast has been replaced by a newer, more effective tool
called generative AI.
