Oooh: Asset forfeiture reaches the Supreme Court: Supreme Court to hear from Alaskan bush pilot whose plane was confiscated over a six-
pack of beer.
In 2012, now 82 year old pilot Kenneth Jouppi flew some passengers into the town of Beaver
Alaska, which is dry. One of them had 3 cases of beer in their luggage, Beaver is a dry
town, the state has been going after his Cessna.
