Via /., Roke Manor Research proposes detecting "stealth" aircraft with cellphone networks.
"The system would work as a bi-static radar. Using the
basestation and sensing equipment together, we would be
able to accurately plot the position of all aircraft in
the area, even if it has been designed to be stealthy."
