Vitamin C pills tied to DNA risk. The opinion from the Linus Pauling Institute![[Wiki]](/adbanners/lookingglass.png){kind=small}
points out that the results of a test tube study might not scale to humans, but excessive concentrations of vitamin C seem to be precursors to DNA damaging substances. Given the common wisdom of megadosing on C as a preventative against viral infection (whence the Linus Pauling reference), it'll be interesting to see the follow-ups to this.
