Ascension

Kingdom of Loathing maintenance page:

The system is currently down for approximately four hours while we roll out the Ascension content. Things are going well, but a little more slowly than we had hoped. It may be as late as 10:00 MST before we're able to bring it back up and public. I'll try to keep you posted here as the situation develops.

Not so sure I'm going to ascend right away... are you? I'm too attached to my Sauceror identity, and I like being strong enough that I can do and give things to others. And how do I decide what skill to keep, what familiar to equip, what class to choose? Do I have to leave the clan when I ascend, and give the leadership to someone else? It's too many decisions right now, I just want to chill.

So on that note, I shall take off tomorrow for Yosemite and avoid the Ascension madness altogether for a time. I predict the servers will be so laggy that it won't be any fun for a few days anyway.

Didja get in to the Spectral Pickle Factory yesterday? I have the makings now for about 110 Spectral Pickles, heh heh.... Spent about 250 turns there before I got tired of clicking.

Is anyone else finding this conversation in any way interesting? ;-)

No.
