Sitting around one hot afternoon last summer, watching all the people bwaaapppping by on their little scooters, a bunch of us came up with an idea for the Ultimate Asshole Machine: a personal hovercraft with a poorly muffled two-stroke engine, a bullhorn, and a strobe light.
