Interesting. The web has really brought the secondary income stream model to the forefront. I'm a big fan of Southwest, but I don't know if I would be if I felt like I was getting nickled and dimed. I wonder how Ryanair will deal with that.
(... but then I click on their web site and realize that they don't care...)
