Words fail. Although I stopped at a gas station yesterday and realized that bottled water was selling for more than soda, so I guess I shouldn't be all that surprised.

I read further into the site, and things got even stranger. They seem to be promoting their clean ice for hospitals and disaster responders as well. Seems to me that if you need ice in a disaster zone (say, the Gulf after the hurricane), you would be better off driving in a filtration system and purifying the water that's already there, then freezing it. If you need ice to keep food or medicine cold, why not use those blue-ice packs they sell for picnic coolers.
The site mentions a promotion they did with a whiskey distiller. Other than that, I suspect this is an idea in search of some capital.
