meuon: I think if you aren't old enough to be a 'Boomer' but aren't young enough to be 'Gen Y', then you're Gen X. Technically, the best definition I've seen for Gen X is "born after 1960 and before 1982". But I'd buffer it each way a little based on where you are in life.

...if you got laid before you had Internet access in your domicile you're part of Generation X.
