I have a few friends doing small batches of bacon at home, and had planned to start doing that myself until I had my freezer mishap during the garage construction. Still will eventually, but the timing is now uncertain.

Our local farm has "uncured bacon", which just tastes like a fatty pork chop. We like buying from them, but... if I can get them to just sell me the pork belly, this'd be way way better.
