We raise a foster child. The judge handling the case at the Jerusalem family court was a son of a bitch who has made our sons' life miserable.

Eventually he resigned because of another scandalous decision.

Youch.

I know a couple of foster parents, my impression of them is that they're amazing people. I also know a couple of former foster children who feel totally screwed by the system. I think we need more foster parents who tackle this one kid at a time, rather than trying to industrialize the process and make a business out of it.
