NSA admits it analyzes metadata out to 3 hops from targeted people. How many people do you need to target to reduce six degrees of separation to three?

Apology to all Flutterbarians: if Dan's travel and social reach hasn't lumped you within that 3 degrees, mine has. We do a lot of overseas business with people with funny names like: Ibrahim, Mustafa, Obama...

And for the record, most of them have been awesome decent people.
