I would pay admission to tour the Phallus Palace.
And on the Filipino seamen, it'll never happen but I'd love to read a little bit more about the economics of those sailors in port, and how their participation in the Brazilian economy works... Sounds to me like the sailor culture is a lot like the prison culture in terms of lots of time to tinker, so I'd bet ship-applied tattoos are widespread too...
