No real surprises to me in there, other than the tactic of setting up a second amazon account,
paid for by prepaid cards, and delivered to a locker. I hadn't thought of that trick, so I learned
something.

That was disturbing.
Hand-wringing defeatism ("It's too hard", "there's nothing
we can do", "I felt like a criminal") reinforcing the Big Corporate
vs. Big Government duality that we're being sold.
