So just to stave off all of the people passing this to me, yes, I have seen this picture:

When “FOX Nation” makes signs, hilarity and spelling mistakes ensue attributes it to Facebook user Jefree Shalev.

It's actually hard to get Google to give a result for that misspelling, but Urban Dictionary suggests that "libety" is:

Most beautiful girl in the world, amazing personality, amazing body, and overall greatness ;D

But closer to closing time I can clearly see how this might become a difficult question.
