Japan Suicide rate drops

Okay, this is kinda fascinating. We kinda think that the Great Depression brought an extra 10-12 suicides per hundred thousand people, and of course The New Deal dropped that dramatically, but Japan's seen a huge decrease in suicides. This article attributes that to fewer people commuting, and fewer students in high pressure classes.
