My sweetie had minor surgery yesterday. The surgery center tried to contact me repeatedly on my cell phone, but hadn’t told me they were going to, so their calls went unanswered. Fortunately, they had a human who got to walk out and talk to me, but assuming you’ll actually be able to call someone and get an answer seems pretty quaint any more.

Somehow I doubt the FCC will be able to collect any significant portion of those fines.
