Facebook suddenly started offering me

Facebook suddenly started offering me ads for scammy looking "gut health" and similar supplements, and I was confused about where it got the idea that I might be remotely interested, until I realized that I'd clicked on a Pocket article about changing your mindset from the Firefox start page, which probably triggered a pseudo-science bit somewhere...

(from the men-are-pigs department), somehow Facebook showed me a women's lingerie ad, which I clicked
on for a while. So about 90% of my ads now are at least nice to look at while scrolling by them.
What I *really* want are blocking the low-effort "What is your least favorite vegetable" posts that some big
groups do, that my friends unfortunately answer, and now I get "your friend replied 'bananas'" appearing in
my newsfeed)
We will not edit your comments. However, we may delete your
comments, or cause them to be hidden behind another link, if we feel
they detract from the conversation. Commercial plugs are fine,
if they are relevant to the conversation, and if you don't
try to pretend to be a consumer. Annoying endorsements will be deleted
if you're lucky, if you're not a whole bunch of people smarter and
more articulate than you will ridicule you, and we will leave
such ridicule in place.
