In the breaking news department: Truck crashes into California Capitol building, preliminary witness reports seem to suggest deliberate suicide bombing. Certainly given the amount of flame they showed on TV there was substantial accelerant coming from somewhere.

In an update a good portion of the trailer remains unburned and and only the driver was killed, so it must've just been leaking fuel that created that ring of fire on the video.

What's sad is that we should be glad it was only a simple crank, instead of an ideologically motivated crank, who did this.
