More so - they honor Bill Cosby -the man who sued/prosecuted his own daughter for communicating with him through an attorney after he rejected her. Utah moves from 'maybe there is hope' to 'forget them'. The desert is pretty - but Cosby? What is going here?

Legislatures pass resolutions all the time ... most of them are innocuous. It's not like they amended the state code or anything.
