Hmmm... I think there are much better examples of police brutality down in the Hunters Point neighborhood. When even the Guardian admits that these folks were trying to rush the gate and trespass, probably with the intent of assault on those inside, and then were trying to storm a police van to free prisoners, I find myself sympathizing with the police.

Sorta following the Fagan case since it's a local story. I find the most remarkable thing to be the apparant police cover up. I am normally amazed at police restraint as they are assaulted by citizens but here we have a pretty clear example of a bad cop and bad management. I am sorry for the fallout the everyday cops are going to get from this.

stance, they do say "control the cops, now" in response to this incident.
